    Vanessa and Team : An award winning team of Real Estate Experts working as one for you.

    I am a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with Baer & McIntosh RE in NY. My extensive background of over 20 years in global marketing offers my clients a sound business model and I hold a Masters Degree in Business and another in International Marketing, with certification from the Harvard School of Business in Conflict Resolution and Negotiation.  

    As a corporate executive that was constantly relocated worldwide I relied heavily on the expertise of the Realtors I worked with and came to love the business. When my office at the World Trade Center was destroyed in 2001 my husband insisted that I change my career and it was an easy decision to enter the world of Real Estate. After 8 years with large corporate agencies, I recently joined the boutique agency Baer & McIntosh of  Nyack where I specialize in marketing the many Antique and Luxury homes found in this area. I have put together a great professional team that services Rockland, Orange and Westchester with a wonderful referal agent in NJ. Our goal is to go to the Nth degree for our clients and by marketing our listings and working with buyers on both sides of the Hudson as a part of the Westchester Property Group we ensure both buyers and sellers get the best value out of their experience.

    My global business background is a major advantage when in comes to finding buyers for my clients. In today's market, there are many foreign buyers who see still see US properties as a smart investment. My experience working with international corporations, their executives and relocation firms makes a huge difference when marketing local properties globally.
