I don't know about you but I'm already beginning to feel that 2010 is getting off to a much better start than anything the last 12 months had to offer. I've been thinking what could I remember about 2009 that got me smiling....

Then I remembered the wedding entrance dance....

 

So what's making me feel enthusiastic about 2010 you might say?  Well last week I listed a wonderful home at a great price and had 19 viewings over the past weekend.  I now have several offers of the table and that's the first time, in a long, long, time that this has happened and my happy seller has a choice of buyers to choose from. That's what's making me smile today.
