I thought I'd share a piece of news that has me smiling today.  I have spent the past three hours attempting to book some showings for some corporate relocation clients that are moving with their company into this area. So far I have come up with only three in their price range that are still available. 20, yes 20 of the listings they would like to have viewed next weekend, have accepted offers or are under contract!

That's great news for sellers in Rockland, it means that finally our inventory is beginning to move.

For buyers it means that supply is down, that means prices will start moving up as inventory dwindles over the holiday season. Move fast...That home that you have had your eye on for several months hoping to see further price reductions might have already been snapped up.
